Liquid PRF Procedure Fees:

Individual Joint Injection (One Side/Joint Only): $500/joint

Bilateral Joint Injections (Both Sides at Same Visit): $400/joint

Joint Injection Package: Three injections for $1200 (Save $300)

**This package may be used in one visit for three separate joints OR it may be used for a series of three injections into one joint during separate visits.

Each of the three injections in the same joint will be administered at intervals of 4-6 weeks apart.
